I began thinking of starting my own bridal fashion business whilst I was planning my wedding. I was so excited by the idea of working with all the gorgeous bridal fabrics, putting my creativity to good use and being my own boss, I felt like I had to give it a go!

The process of starting my own business was definitely daunting. It took some time, learning new skills and a lot of hard work but it all came together when I launched my shop on Etsy in 2023. I absolutely love what I do and I hope that it shows in the designs I create.

For my designs I find I’m inspired by nature, particularly flowers, which form the basis of most of my designs. The design process for me usually starts with getting images of a flower that I like (there are a few of my designs that are based on photos of flowers from my garden!). From there I’ll create sketches and experiment with different ideas until I have a design that I'm happy with. Next I’ll figure out which materials and techniques will be best to bring the design to life and then it’s time to make the first sample, sometimes with a few tweaks along the way!

My hope is that every bride feels the same magic and happiness wearing one of my designs on their wedding day that I feel when I'm creating them!
